Amy Lorber

Amy Lorber graduated from Harvard College in 2015, where she majored in chemistry and did research in microbiology and organic chemistry. After realizing during senior year that she wanted to pursue medicine, she took a position as a research assistant studying the human gut microbiome. She is currently living in her hometown of Portland, Oregon, doing a post-baccalaureate year at Portland State University. She is drawn to both the human and scientific sides of medicine. In her free time, she loves art, reading, and exploring nature.
